DEREK LANN
Secretary and Chief Creative Officer
Derek is the Secretary and Chief Creative Officer for the Rayl Charitable Organization. He received his Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Akron. Over the past 20 years, Derek has held numerous executive titles at several well-known companies, such as GOJO Industries, and is currently the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Avatar Management Services Inc. He loves to give back to the community and has done so through his charitable work with organizations such as the Rotary Foundation, Do-Good-By-Dan, the Akron Regional Food Bank and Summit County Children’s Services, just to name a few. Jeremy was not only Derek’s best friend he was also his mentor, and he is proud to carry on the charitable legacy Jeremy Rayl cherished so fondly.
