Tara attended Kent State, Akron University, and Youngstown State. She has worked at JRayl Transport from 1991 to present and her title and job responsibilities include being the Director of Driver Relations and President of JRayl Inc. In her spare time, she loves to coach at the N. Canton YMCA gymnastics center. Beam is her favorite event. She is a graduate of Green HS and is the loving sister of Jeremy, and daughter of Tim and Debbie Rayl. She is a proud mother of 2 sets of Twins–Abbie & Cassie, and JJ & Josie. Tara loves her friends and family, gymnasts and her JRayl Transport family. They all hold a special place in her heart. She was so proud of her brother for taking an already very successful business started by her father to the next level and hopes to carry on that family name with honor and integrity.
