BETH RAYL

President, Treasurer, and Secretary

Beth is the President, Treasurer, and Secretary of Rayl Charitable Organization (RCO). She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Walsh University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Ashland University. She is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity in Nonprofit Administration and Leadership from Moody Theological Seminary. After 19 years in the business world, Beth transitioned into the nonprofit sector as a way to honor her beloved late husband, Jeremy, and serve the community they called home.

One of Beth’s most meaningful accomplishments has been helping establish and grow RCO’s signature Kindness for Kids Program. The program reimburses school faculty for out-of-pocket expenses incurred while helping children in need. What began in two schools in 2019 has grown to serve four school districts, with the program currently operating in Green, North Canton, Manchester, and Barberton.

Beth and Jeremy have a son, Jacob. Today, Beth is grateful to share life with her longtime partner, Paul, and his sons, Owen and Wyatt, who, along with Jacob, are an important part of her life. Beth and Jacob are grateful to call Green home, where they are actively involved in their community and are members of The Chapel in Green.
