
BETH RAYL
President, Treasurer, and Secretary
Beth is the President, Treasurer, and Secretary of Rayl Charitable Organization (RCO). She received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Walsh University, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Ashland University, and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity in Nonprofit Administration and Leadership from Moody Theological Seminary. After 19 years in the business world, she ventured into the nonprofit sector as a way to honor her beloved late husband, Jeremy.
Beth’s most proud career accomplishment is the creation of RCO’s signature program, Kindness for Kids. This program reimburses school faculty for out-of-pocket expenses for disadvantaged children. The program has grown from two schools in 2019 to four school districts to date, and currently operates in Green, North Canton, Manchester, and Barberton.
